Box 694 Big Horn, WY 82833 307/673-1331 - npfeiffer1@gmail.com Cowboy States Reining Horse Association CSRHA News The Cowboy States Reining Horse Associa on hosted a very educa onal, interac ve 2-day clinic with NRHA Professional, Sam Scha auser of Eads, Tennessee at the Agripark Arena in Sheridan, Wyoming on August 3-4, 2019. Sam has successfully competed at major NRHA events and currently has over $470,000 in life me earnings. When outside of the show pen himself, Sam thoroughly enjoys coaching Non Pros. "It's so rewarding to help the Non Pros", he reports. "You get to watch both your training and your teaching be put into ac on at once. I love coaching Non Pros that are dedicated to the sport, regardless of their skill level." We will have more updates on this clinic in our next newsle er, so stay tuned! Our CSRHA president, George Pfeiffer had a farm accident on Friday, July 19 when he fell from the stack of hay he was pu ng in their barn. Unfortunately, he landed on his head and shoulder, resul ng in the need to undergo shoulder surgery on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Thank goodness his head in fine! Our thoughts and prayers are certainly with George and Nancy as he recovers from his surgery. If you would like to send him a 'Get Well' card, you can mail one to him at P.O. The Cowboy States Reining Horse Associa on's officers and board of directors met via teleconference on Tuesday, August 6, 2019.
