NPRA members and permit holders shall not now or at any time in the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, actions, claims and demands hereby waived, released or discharged by NPRA member or permit holder. This provision shall be binding upon each NPRA member or permit holder, his/her spouse, legal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns.
