July, 2024 • The WRANGLER • 51 "Creating relationships is a big part of what we are offering. From other coaches to the students," Foy said. Coaches can communicate with other coaches, pass along ideas, and bounce ideas off one another. Just because one thing doesn't work for one coach or region doesn't mean it won't work for another. Rodeo isn't always about being competitive but about the relationships we build inside and outside the arena. Having coaches who showcase that are truly the role models of the next generation is needed. Bullfrog offers a subscription just for coaches. "Students are being recruited and coaches are recruiting the same way now that they were 25 years ago, I'll even say 40 years ago. As much as everything has changed and we still don't have those resources readily available, it is frustrating. We don't have to continue doing it the same way." Heidi is dedicated to bettering how students and coaches find the right fit for them. For more information, you can find Heidi on all social media platforms or at www.bullfrogcreatives.com.
