AQHA judges Margo Ball, Manita DeFoor, Glenn Wells (July 10-12), and Shane Young, Karen Banister, and Jamieson Gross (July 12-14) placed more than 850 class entries in open, amateur, novice amateur, rookie amateur, select amateur, youth, novice youth, and rookie youth AQHA and All Breed classes. Those classes included ranch horse (ranch riding, working western rail, and ranch trail), reining, barrel racing and pole bending, halter and showmanship at halter, Western performance (western pleasure, western riding, horsemanship and trail), and English performance (hunter under saddle and equitation). There were All breed and walk-trot options for both English and Western classes. Ranch riding, ranch trail, (regular) trail, and western horsemanship were especially popular, and reining drew a good crowd this year too. The show's AQHA youth high-point winners were: Makayla Kessie and Only One Krymsun (youth champion and rookie youth champion; Milana Rowe and AJ Shes Surely Foxy (L1 youth champion); Addyson Kurtz and Riding the Range (youth reserve champion and L1 youth reserve champion); and Giana LaReau and Boxo Heavens Zanparr (rookie youth reserve champion). High-point AQHA amateur exhibitors were: Caitlyn Kauffman and Look Here Im Hot (amateur champion and L1 amateur reserve champion); Sharon Bailey and Rio Del Cielo (rookie amateur champion), Heather Banks and A Martini Girl (rookie amateur reserve champion and L1 amateur champion); Kelley Simonsen and Sho Me The Monie (select amateur champion) and Roxanne Doogan and The Witch Doctor (select amateur reserve champion). AQHA high -point horses were: Swaggerin Rey (champion senior horse, owned by Laurie Lukas and shown by Josephine Gurley), Sonita Rey (champion junior horse and champion L1 horse, owned by Laurie and Wayne Lukas and shown by Josephine Gurley); and Im Fancy Schmancy (reserve champion L1 horse, owned by Jeri K. Lockwood and shown by Geoff Morris). All Breed and walk-trot champions were: Makaela Johnson and Always Extreme (youth champion), Julian Nemmers and Smart Little Shorty (adult champion, owned by Anne DeGraff), and Alyvia Kurtz and Magnanimous (walk- trot champion).
