During recent years, we have experienced a decline in advertising and subscription revenue.
Although we have published twice each month for nearly 25 years, after careful consideration, we
have come to the conclusion that it is imperative that we publish once each month during the winter
months.
We will be publishing one issue per month during November, December, January and February.
Deadlines are as follows:
