Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bag frozen mixed
vegetables
1 can tomato soup
5-8 medium potatoes, cubed
cream or milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
Brown the ground beef and onion. Drain
and season with salt and pepper.

Add the mixed vegetables and can of
Tomato Soup. Cook on low until
combined and warmed through.

Pour into a casserole or other oven safe
dish.
3.
Mash the potatoes using milk or cream
and season with salt and pepper. Drop
by large spoonfuls on top of the ground
beef mixture. Then spread together
sealing edges of the pan.

Top with cheddar cheese. 5.
Bake at 350º until hot and bubbly. 6.
