THRIVE Hello and Happy Spring! My One Year THRIVE Experience has been amazing! ank you Jamie, for not giving up on me, even when I said NO, so many times. I don't go a day, now, without my THRIVE capsules, shake and DFT in the morning and Balance every evening. Recently, Carla (our daughter) and I were discussing health and fitness. Charlie and I were really feeling our age and were pretty much resigned to the fact that we no longer had any energy and we had a lot of aches and discomforts. Charlie talked to our good friend Paulette at the Fremont County - WCHF Induction Ceremony. He asked what she had on her arm. She explained that it was a DFT foam label and that it was part of the THRIVE experience. She further told Charlie how much energy she had and that it also helped her have better quality sleep. Charlie told her that we needed to try it and so went the start of our new life. We got started - it was so simple! Just three easy steps. 1.
